Production Process :
- From the fermenters, the raw gas produced enters into the foam trap in which the foam is removed
- There is a series of scrubbing systems into the gas is pushed using booster blower
- The chain of scrubbing system includes pre water scrubber, Kmno4 scrubber with dosing facilities
- In this system, water is used to wash CO2 gas properly
- After this, buffering is done of the raw gas in a vessel
- The gas is then fed into the two stage CO2 compressor in which it is compressed up to a desired pressure
- Dual tower activated carbon filter is used to remove odor of the gas completely
- The raw gas passes through high pressure precooler, dual tower CO2 dryer, liquefaction system and then into nox removal tower
- At the end, the liquid enters directly in the storage tank where it is stored for a particular period of time
