Diesel Fired Based Carbon Di-Oxide Production Plant

Diesel Fired Based Carbon Di-Oxide Production Plant
Diesel Fired Based Carbon Di-Oxide Production Plant
Product Code : 01
Product Description

Diesel Fired Based Carbon Di-Oxide Production Plant operates in a continuous process. The process in this plant meets the international food grade quality standards. The carbon dioxide plant is used extensively in soft drinks companies, breweries and many other sectors. The plant is developed and designed with complete isolation between the combustion chamber and lubricating oil, thus preventing contamination.

Features :

  • Prevents contamination of lubricating oil
  • Sturdy design including cross head and stuffing box
  • Improves CO2 absorption
  • Complete stripping of CO2
  • Low pressure purification
  • Promotes fuel-savings and cost effective

Production Process :

  • PLC panel controls the conditions under which the fuel is burned
  • Water /soda is scrubbed in DCC tower/SO2 removal tower and the flue gas is absorbed in the monoethanolamine based solution in absorber tower and then into the stripper tower which is then heated by the combustion process to release the raw CO2 gas
  • The carbon dioxide undergoes purification train commonly known as PTK comprising of two Km NO4 Towers
  • It is fed into activated carbon filter, from there, it led to two stage vertical or horizontal compressor and finally goes to the high pressure pre-cooler and then in to the dryer
  • Passing through the dryer, it moves towards the liquefaction system generally screw compressor and R 404A is used as a refrigerant in it
  • Finally pure and liquefied carbon dioxide can then feed to a bulk storage tank
